'Accomplice in igniting war': Moscow says US crosses a line with lethal arms supplies to Ukraine | 23 Dec 2017 | The intention by Washington to provide lethal arms to Ukraine 'crosses a line' and pushes Kiev towards bloodshed, a senior Russian diplomat said, accusing the US of playing the role of warmonger in the Ukrainian conflict. The move by the US government is an escalation compared to the previous practice of providing weapons toKiev through contracts with American arms producers, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said in a statement. "In a sense, the US has crossed a line." The Russian diplomat added that Washington can no longer claim the role of mediator in the Ukrainian conflict, because in fact it's an "accomplice in igniting a war."

College pronoun FAQ: regularly ask for others' pronouns

College pronoun FAQ: regularly ask for others' pronouns | 21 Dec 2017 | A resource guide at Bard College encourages students, faculty, staff, and visitors, to avoid using "gender binary" language. Instead, they are urged to use "'everybody,' 'folks,' or, 'all people.'" The guide also states that simply asking another person about gender identity once is insufficient. "If I ask someone their pronouns once, is that enough?" the guide asks. "No, the best practice is to ask regularly because gender identity is not always fixed and static, and some people may change their pronouns."

The interviews with FBI agents are part of the Justice Department's effort to fulfill a promise an assistant attorney general made to Congress last month to examine whether a special counsel was warranted to look into what has become known as the Uranium One deal, a senior Justice Department official said. At issue is a 2010 transaction in which the Obama Administration allowed the sale of U.S. uranium mining facilities to Russia's state atomic energy company.

British Columbia bans grizzly hunting effective immediately

British Columbia bans grizzly hunting effective immediately | 19 Dec 2017 | Less than a month after a ban on grizzly bear trophy hunting came into effect, the province has decided to expand the ban to include hunting the species for meat. B.C.'s minister of forests, lands and natural resources made the announcement Monday, stating that the decision was made after consultations conducted earlier this fall. "We have listened to what British Columbians have to say on this issue and it is abundantly clear that the grizzly hunt is not in line with their values," Doug Donaldson said in a statement. The government consulted with Aboriginal groups, stakeholders and the public, and said that 78 per cent of respondents supported an outright ban.

California city promises to remove row of 50-foot-tall 'racist' trees planted in the 1960s

California city promises to remove row of 50-foot-tall 'racist' trees planted in the 1960s | 20 Dec 2017 | A row of 'racist' trees standing between an African-American neighborhood and a city golf course will be removed, local officials in Palm Springs, California, told neighborhood residents. CA, NJ and NY Republicans vote against tax bill over deductions for state and local taxes - and Trump fails to convince a single Democrat to back it

California, New Jersey and New York Republicans vote against tax bill over deductions for state and local taxes - and Trump fails to convince a single Democrat to back it | 19 Dec 2017 | Of the 12 House Republicans who crossed party lines to vote 'no' in Tuesday's congressional tax showdown, all but one hail from deep blue regions of the country where new deduction cutoffs for state and local taxes could leave voters smarting. Speaker Paul Ryan, not surprisingly, failed to rally any Democrats to his banner. And with the exception of a North Carolina member who has a history of opposing President Donald Trump, the GOP renegades all hailed from California, New Jersey and New York. The final tax plan limits federal deductions to a total of $10,000 for income, property and sales taxes paid at the state and local level. More than half the total savings from the current deduction goes to taxpayers in California, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Texas. Voters in those states will stand to lose the most from the change.

GOP tax bill passes Senate by 51 to 48 vote

Republican Tax Bill Passes Senate in 51-48 Vote | 19 Dec 2017 | Republicans took a critical step toward notching their first significant legislative victory since assuming full political control, as the House and Senate voted along party lines on Tuesday and into early Wednesday to pass the most sweeping rewrite of the tax code in decades. The $1.5 trillion tax bill, which is expected to head to President Trump's desk in the coming days, will have broad effects on the economy, making deep and lasting cuts to corporate taxes as well as temporarily lowering individual taxes. The endeavor was not without hiccups, however, as three small provisions in the final tax bill agreed to by the House and Senate were found by the Senate parliamentarian to violate the budget rules that Republicans must follow to pass their bill through a process that shields it from a Democratic filibuster. As a result, the bill changed slightly in the Senate, and the House will now need to vote on it again since both chambers must approve identical legislation.

4chan Users Find Evidence Atlanta Airport Blackout Was Part of Intentional Cover-Up

4chan Users Find Evidence Atlanta Airport Blackout Was Part of Intentional Cover-Up | 18 Dec 2017 | Late last night a sudden power outage shut down the world's busiest airport. With the outage leading to both the FAA and Atlanta's mayor ordering the suspension and grounding of all flights going both in an out of the airport while work was done to restore power. However, the internet detectives over at 4chan have noticed one interesting piece of the story that no one in the mainstream press seems to want to mention. That right in the middle of this over 12-hour supposedly complete air traffic shut down, a single plane was mysteriously allowed to leave the airport. Which leaves us with an obvious question. Just what was so special about this lone permitted flight?

Question less: The Guardian whitewashes all criticism of foreign-funded Syrian 'White Helmets' | 18 Dec 2017 | The Guardian has cast aside self-awareness, seized the moral high ground (its self-proclaimed permanent base), and jumped to the defense of Syria's 'White Helmets' [a NATO-backed terrorist group], painting the group as victims of an "online propaganda machine." Journalist [sic] Olivia Solon, in an article headlined 'White Helmets became victims of an online propaganda machine,' is keen to make sure that any questions about the motives of the group are dismissed as a 'counter-narrative.' That's what others might call the 'other side of the story.' In full effect is the journalistic trope of our times…RUSSIAN INTERFERENCE! ...The White Helmets were essentially trained and founded by a man called James Le Mesurier, who can best be described as a British mercenary with extensive links to NATO.

80th Doctor Dead: Holistic, Prominent and Outspoken Physician Dead in Florida

Apparently, any and all challengers to the pharma-terrorist cabal are deep-sixed by the Deep State: 80th Doctor Dead: Holistic, Prominent and Outspoken Physician Dead in Florida | 03 Dec 2017 | It is with a heavy heart that I bring you the sad news of the death of self-described holistic doctor, author, speaker, radio show host, James Winer, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania...Initially, Dr James Winer's office staff would not say publicly how or where he died, at least not that we could see. Within hours of our story, I'm told the staff was inundated with so many more inquiries that they had to respond: Dr Winer had died of cardiac arrest, in Florida. He was visiting the Sunshine State, a place where we've already lost so many holistic doctors in recent months. I have talked to someone I am 99% sure is a relative and they explain Dr Winer was found on a sidewalk. He didn’t have an ID on him at the time. So he was brought in as a John Doe and they say he had a heart attack. He was missing for days alive, but they didn't know where. [See: Unintended Holistic Doctor Death Series: Now 80 Dead.]
