President Barack Obama to pick U.S. Solicitor General Elena Kagan as U.S. Supreme Court nominee (CLG compilation) 09 May 2010 You know you're in trouble when Faux News is calling her 'a brilliant woman.'

During her hearings to be confirmed as Solicitor General, the New York Times paraphrases Kagan as saying "that someone suspected of helping finance Al Qaeda should be subject to battlefield law -- indefinite detention without a trial -- even if he were captured in a place like the Philippines rather than a physical battle zone." --Charlie Savage, Obama's War on Terror May Resemble Bush's in Some Areas, The New York Times, 17 Feb 2009. . . . where fairness is the rule.  Where you are not "guilty until poroven innocent" . . . but rather "INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY" . . .
and where, even under such stringent judicial protocols (i.e. examination and cross-examination of "available facts", scientific and coincidental) . . . MANY have still been wrongly convicted . . .
and have "served years of their precious life" before DNA testing cleared them . . .
. . . and now they want to bypass the "JUDICIAL PROTOCOL" . . .
What a F*CK*NG BUNCH OF IDIOTS AND B*ST*RDS we have as Leaders !
If they are not ashamed . . . and I know they are not, for Their Intent is Tyranny . . . I am ashamed for them . . .
If any are unable to find the fire in their belly to vocally protest against the "DEMISE" of their "FUNDAMENTAL AMERICAN FREEDOMS" . . . I too, speak of them . . .
