On Friday, activists gathered calling for the liberation of Palestine, angry at Israel for intercepting an aid flotilla on its way to the besieged Gaza Strip. Protesters chanted slogans such as, "not another nickel, not another dime! No more money for Israel's crimes" and "Vive viva Palestina," demanding the departure of Israeli consulate officials from the US.

While I do not support Israeli government policies, I urge that CLG not use Press TV as a source, given that it is an organ of the notoriously anti-semitic, anti-Israel Iranian government. Or else you should always specify that Press TV is an Iranian government source. For instance, a full-disclosure disclaimer should preface CLG's citation of Press TV, to the effect that 'While the facts of this story may be accurate, Press TV is an organ of the Iranian government, and the reportage should be judged accordingly, just as one would with Fox TV'.
