ShareThisU.S. government faulted over risk of pathogens escaping lab [USociopaths *want* them to escape, so contractors can make a killing on the clean-up while implementing new police state measures, as they did after the 9/11 inside job.] 15 Jun 2012 The Department of Homeland Security underestimates the risk that 'human error' could allow pathogens to escape from a proposed $1 billion lab designed to study lethal animal-borne diseases, a U.S. advisory panel warned on Friday. The department's risk assessment was "overly optimistic" about the chances of mistakes leading to a release of infectious material from the National Bio and Agro-Defense Facility planned for Manhattan, Kansas, according to a report by the National Research Council.

I see this is also why they want to move that Nazi started Plum Island (New York) where they dreated Lymes Disease. They work with Animal transmission virus's there. But anyway. They want to move this to Middle America so that an outbreak would kill millions not just be limited to a few lab tech's.
