Hayden made the comments during a visit to San Antonio where he was meeting with military and civilian officials to discuss cyber security. Hayden said the president currently does not have the authority to shut down the Internet in an emergency. [Yes, 'emergencies' such as exposing and resisting inevitable false flags, phony pandemics, and inside terror jobs.]

The "former chief" has no idea what he is talking about. The "Internet" is a highly redundant system that exists all over the world and was originally designed to withstand a nuclear war.
