Wisconsin lawmaker tackled to the ground by police as he tried to enter state Capitol 04 Mar 2011 He was just trying to go to his own office in the state Capitol. So imagine Rep Nick Milroy's surprise when he was not only refused entry but also tackled to the ground by police yesterday.
