Well, Bush isn't a "Dr.," for one thing. I don't think he could have made it out of the fifth grade, without cheating.
BTW, Peter, why not volunteer to go and fight in Iraq (or Bush's other cocaine pipeline, Afghanistan,) since you're so *gung ho?*

Most particularly, he’s quite close with the Saudis, and his own father was in the Carlyle Group, with bin Laden’s relatives. In fact, on 9/11, Bush Sr. sat in a meeting with bin Laden’s half-brother as the twin towers were bombed.
