Narcolepsy Cases Potentially Linked to H1N1 Vaccine Increase 26 Aug 2010 Seventeen cases of narcolepsy that are suspected of being caused by the swine flu vaccine have been reported to the National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL). Finland is the only country that has temporarily suspended the Pandremix swine flu vaccine due to concerns it may have resulted in an increase in narcolepsy cases. THL decided to temporarily suspend the swine flu vaccine on Tuesday.
